Vlad Gerasimov (
 , [link]) is the perfect artist. He can, with as little as a few lines and some color bring into your computer a wonderful world. His character come to life on your desktop and each one of them looks like it has been created especially for you. His stories unfold between your icons and make you smile each time you turn on your computer.With this little doodle of mine I have tried to show that Vlad Gerasimov is also a constant model for me. His work, his tenacity in doing what he likes, how with each new work it reaches for a new star. I hope to be able one day to reach for my star. I am only at the beginning right now. I am trying lots of styles, I am not even sure which one I like. From time to time, when I feel down, I take a look at his work and it gives me strength to keep searching and keep trying. --- I have designed this for the competition held by  (article [link]).I have used many techniques described in the tutorials on Vlad Gerasimov's webpage ([link]).
